Job description
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a passionate and responsible IT specialist with experience in managing Linux systems and IT infrastructure, who will ensure the good functioning of company servers, applications, and networks. You will have an essential role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing IT platforms and providing technical support to colleagues and internal/external clients.

- Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software used by the company
- Install, configure, and update software and servers according to procedures
- Monitor server performance and react proactively to alarms and incidents
- Provide technical Level 2 support for applications and servers, including collaboration with internal teams and external providers
- Deploy servers and implement technical solutions according to project requirements
- Create scripts for automation, debugging, and documenting IT processes
- Respect security procedures, backups, and data confidentiality
- Participate in complex infrastructure and service optimization projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Informatics, or similar technical fields
- Experience as a Linux System Administrator
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows administration, networks, web servers, and databases
- Experience with virtualization and network infrastructure
- Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent)
- Good communication skills in Romanian and English
- Capacity for technical documentation and respect for IT procedures
- Attention to detail, rigor, and discretion in handling sensitive information
