Workplace: Chojnice

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Administering assigned buildings, facilities, and land, ensuring efficient utilization and informing about vacant commercial spaces with proposals for their development.

• Ongoing supervision of the execution of agreements concluded by PKP SA with utility providers, municipal services, tenants, and users of the administered properties in terms of compliance with the provisions of these agreements.

• Participation in periodic inspections, handover, and acceptance of administered properties to third parties.

• Reviewing subordinate non-operational buildings to eliminate cases of threat to human life, including proposing the liquidation of unnecessary or life-threatening structures.

• Independent periodic movement along railway tracks.

What we expect from you:

• Technical secondary education, higher education is a plus.

• Knowledge of legal regulations (min. Real Estate Management Act, Construction Law).

• Experience in property management.

• Stress resistance, high interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Active category B driving license.
