Job Description
We are looking for a colleague to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and provide technical support to the team. We want a person who is organized, attentive to data security, and capable of clearly explaining technical solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in IT systems administration and user technical support.
Knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems, applications, and peripheral equipment.
Knowledge of local network administration: routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN.
Familiarity with user account administration, permissions, and e-mail services.
Knowledge of IT security, backups, and data recovery.
Ability to identify problems, prioritize, and work independently.
Patience and good communication skills in dealing with users.
Responsibilities:
Administration and maintenance of computers, servers, and network equipment.
Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and applications.
Providing technical support to colleagues, on-site and remotely.
Management of user accounts and access rights.
Monitoring the operation and security of the IT infrastructure.
Performing and verifying backups, as well as testing data recovery.
Inventory of equipment and software licenses.
Collaboration with IT service providers and proposing improvements tailored to the organization's needs.
