Tasks

Tasks:

• Administration, operation, and continuous development of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure
• Service ownership, maintenance, and responsibility for various business applications
• Coordination and collaboration with external partners, internal departments, and service providers
• Conducting user training sessions as well as creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials
• Processing IT tickets and user requests in the user helpdesk environment including remote support
• Participation in a rolling on-call duty

Qualification

Requirements:

• First professional experience in administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
• Experience with Windows-based client and server environments as well as basic Linux knowledge
• Practical experience in the network area (DNS, DHCP, firewall, layer-3 switches, VLAN)
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Analytical and structured working style, high willingness to learn, and motivation for continuous professional development
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills
• Completed IT-related education or study of computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification (desirable)
• Experience in operating complex hybrid IT infrastructures (desirable)
• Knowledge of working with and developing Atlassian Confluence and Jira (desirable)
• Possession of a Microsoft certification, e.g. AZ-900, MS-900 or higher (desirable)
