Senior IT Administrator - Bacau

We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator who is passionate about technology, operational stability, and continuous evolution, and wants to play a technical role in a high-performance environment.

We want someone with:

Practical experience of 3-5 years in complex IT administration;
Solid knowledge of database management (Oracle, Microsoft SQL; HANA experience is an advantage);
Experience in managing Linux Enterprise systems (Red Hat, SUSE, etc.);
Knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing);
Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and IT security management;
Understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms (advantage).

You will be responsible for:

• Administering and optimizing critical IT systems (servers, applications, databases, network, storage);
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring enterprise infrastructure (on-premise and cloud);
• Ensuring availability, security, and performance of IT platforms;
• Participating in backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability activities;
• Collaborating with internal teams for complex IT projects;
• Gradually taking on the administration of a critical enterprise platform (training and certification provided by the company).
