We are looking for an experienced Administrator IT, with a professional and client-oriented approach, who can represent the first line of support for our clients' IT incidents and requests.
To succeed in this role, our future colleague must demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Experience in Windows / Apple, backup solutions, storage systems, O365, WHM, virtualization
- Excellent learning and adaptation capacity
- Proactive attitude and client-oriented approach
- Better knowledge of the English language
- Auto category B permit
Job Description
đź› Main Responsibilities
Ensure preventive maintenance and IT interventions at the client's site or remotely
- Takes, records, and manages requests in the ticketing system, clearly and detailed
- Provides support for hardware, software, and network problems
- Contributes to the development and updating of our internal knowledge base
- Participates in special projects when necessary
- Escalates incidents that exceed his level of competence
