To fulfill these criteria, you must have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware & software & networking.
• Experience with Windows / Apple system deployment.
• Experience with backup solutions, storage systems, O365, WHM, virtualization.
• Rapid assimilation capacity, dynamic personality oriented towards clients, with initiative.
• Good English language skills.
• Driving license category B.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to received requests and register them in the ticketing system in a clear and detailed manner
• Resolve hardware, software, and network IT problems
• Ensure preventive maintenance or assistance for resolving IT problems at the client's location or remotely
• Participate in defining and documenting IT knowledge bases
• Participate in special or punctual projects if necessary
• Escalate problems to a higher level of support if necessary
