The position offered in our company will represent the first line of contact for all IT incidents reported or client requests.
Our future colleague must work efficiently and professionally to respect the performance levels we offer our clients.
To fulfill these criteria, you must have:
• At least 3 years of experience in the field.
• Solid knowledge of IT hardware & software & networking.
• Experience with Windows / Apple system deployment.
• Experience with backup solutions, storage systems, O365, WHM, virtualization.
• Rapid assimilation capacity, dynamic personality oriented towards clients, with initiative.
• Good English language skills.
• Driving license category B.

Job Description
Main responsibilities:
• Respond to received requests and register them in the ticketing system in a clear and detailed manner
• Resolve IT hardware, software, and network problems
• Ensure preventive maintenance or assistance for resolving IT problems at the client's location or remotely
• Participate in defining and documenting IT knowledge bases
• Participate in special or punctual projects if necessary
• Escalate problems to a higher level of support if necessary
