Administrator IT / IT Support (hardware, access, technical assistance)

We are a healthcare protection company that employs programmers and doctors to create modern solutions that simplify life for patients and doctors. Our goal is to use technology to ensure that everyone has easy and immediate access to medical care, in line with expectations.

We are looking for someone who will support our team in a wide range of internal IT administration:
- hardware management,
- granting/retracting access to employees working on the applications we use;
- technical assistance to employees in case of problems

Your responsibilities:

• sending / receiving equipment from employees who join/leave the company
• monitoring the state of hardware/computers in the company
• granting/retracting access to individuals who start/stop working for the company
• remote/stationary technical assistance in case of problems with equipment employees

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• Stern and self-disciplined
• Broad, general technical knowledge, allowing you to deal with any problems with hardware, system
• Good knowledge of English language
