Scope of duties: Administration of the Microsoft 365 Business Premium tenant: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive – configuration, monitoring, continuity. Management of Windows Server servers in a hybrid environment: Active Directory, Entra Connect, virtualization (Hyper-V), updates, monitoring, backups, and recovery tests. Administration of the company network: switches, VLANs, firewall/UTM, VPN for remote access to resources, Wi-Fi network (guest/company/production segmentation). Implementation and maintenance of identity security policies: Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA (passkeys FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business), account lifecycle management. Management of end-user devices in Microsoft Intune (compliance, Autopilot, configuration policies). Email protection configuration: Defender for Office 365 (Safe Links/Attachments, anti-phishing, BEC protection), domain hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), encryption, and DLP (Microsoft Purview).
