IT Administrator

We are looking for a technology-passionate technician, detail-oriented and solution-oriented, to handle the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment in our portfolio (laser printers, inkjet, multifunctionals, copiers, etc.), as well as basic IT support for users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting printers and multifunctionals (hardware and software);
• Installation, configuration and calibration of office equipment at customer locations;
• Periodic maintenance of equipment – cleaning, consumables replacement, firmware updates;
• Configuring printers on the network (static/dynamic IP, sharing, installation via print server);
• Support for users in configuring drivers, Wi-Fi or USB connection;
• Managing service requests and completing intervention sheets;
• Participation in the installation and maintenance of other peripheral IT equipment (scanners, UPS, routers, etc.);
• Collaboration with the IT team for the administration and security of equipment integrated into the network.

🧠 Knowledge and skills required:

• Experience in printer service and maintenance (HP, Canon, Brother, Kyocera, Ricoh, Epson etc.);
• Solid knowledge of hardware and software for office equipment;
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, printer sharing);
• Experience in Active Directory – adding equipment, access rights, print policies;
• Basic knowledge of computer security (password management, firmware updates, secure access);
• The ability to work independently, but also in a team;
• Driving license category B – is an advantage.

🎓 Education and qualifications:

• Secondary or higher education in the technical field (electronics, computer science, automation, networks, etc.);
• Specialization courses or technical certifications are an advantage (e.g.: HP Certified Technician, CompTIA A+).
