Primary Location: Noida Position Overview (Job Summary): The Admin/SME will provide high-quality support across EUC/DWP environments with a strong focus on customer service, technical expertise, and operational excellence. The role involves working closely with business teams, developers, and managed service providers to ensure seamless tool adoption, data-driven improvements, automation opportunities, and continuous enhancement of end-user experience. The position requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to drive process improvements, resolve issues, and foster collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior administrators or managed service providers as needed. • Collaborating with business teams, developers, and managed service providers to ensure seamless tool adoption, data-driven improvements, automation opportunities, and continuous enhancement of end-user experience. • Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases to support the administration of EUC/DWP environments. • Identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining workflows, and optimizing system performance to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and expertise. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with EUC/DWP environments, including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making principles and practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
