• Demonstrated experience with the Socrate Cloud ERP system - this is an advantage;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identify and resolve problems.
• Efficient communication and collaboration skills, able to work well with diverse internal departments.
• The ability to train and support end-users, ensuring they have the necessary information for using the ERP system.
• Oriented towards details, with a focus on continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.

• Providing technical support, setting up configurations, analyzing situations that arise;
• Fixing technical errors by reprojecting data flows and implementing controls to identify new errors;
• Collaborating and communicating efficiently with internal departments to ensure a good functioning of activities;
• Identifying potential improvements to the system based on business needs;
• Offering support to internal users (finding and resolving problems, explaining modules and services ERP, training software usage etc.);
• Performing preventive maintenance activities and continuously seeking process improvements;
• Assisting in configuring necessary reports, both in Socrate and BI;
• Providing technical support for our main sales software;
• Drafting workflow documentation.
