Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. are looking for a person for the position of: Middleware Administrator (m/f/d) Basic scope of responsibilities: participation in the implementation of solutions in the area of middleware and CSIRE databases management of solutions in the area of middleware and databases in 24/7 mode updating technical documentation in the area of middleware and databases Requirements: higher education minimum 7 years of experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems in the area of databases and/or middleware good, practical knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL experience working with Java Tomcat application servers or similar, e.g., JBoss, WebSphere knowledge of issues related to queuing systems, e.g., ArtemisMQ, IBM MQ knowledge of issues related to data stream processing platforms e.g., Apache Kafka knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases good knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server operating systems, from the perspective of an application/database administrator: service management, log analysis, basic configuration experience working in an environment using CI/CD tools, e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps for application deployment and change management understanding and practical ability to use automation processes based on, e.g., Terraform, Ansible for system installation and configuration knowledge of the principles of building applications in a three-tier architecture, also using microservices knowledge of the English language at a minimum B1 level ability to work in a team, communication skills and relationship building skills Nice to have: knowledge of the principles of building high availability and disaster recovery solutions HA/DR, multidatacenter experience working with cloud solutions knowledge of monitoring issues using Zabbix or ELK knowledge of DevOps and/or ITIL principles and practices We offer: employment based on an employment contract for the duration of the project an attractive remuneration system including a clear bonus system training to improve qualifications and ensure professional development a package of non-wage benefits, including private medical care, life insurance, multisport card, additional benefits under the ZFŚS an additional day off on the occasion of Energy Worker's Day - August 14th Interested candidates are asked to send their applications.
