To expand our team, we are looking for a passionate, responsible, and solution-oriented System Administrator who will help us maintain and develop our clients' IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)

• Configuration and administration of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate): security policies, NAT, site-to-site and client VPNs (FortiClient), web filtering, and IPS

• Configuration and maintenance of MikroTik routers and switches (RouterOS): routing, VLANs, QoS, failover between internet connections

• Administration of wireless networks and Ubiquiti equipment (UniFi): access points, switches, centralized management via UniFi Controller

• Ensuring network availability, performance, and security

• Implementation of security policies (VLAN segmentation, access control, separate guest networks)

• Traffic monitoring and proactive identification of problems or security breaches

• Timely diagnosis and resolution of network incidents

• Management of IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP services

• Administration of internet connections and relationship with service providers (ISP)

• Performing configuration backups for Fortinet, MikroTik, and Ubiquiti equipment and participating in disaster recovery plans

• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and administration of Synology NAS systems, including the implementation and administration of backup solutions for clients' IT infrastructure (workstations and servers), configuration of backup policies, and periodic verification of the integrity and functionality of backups.

• Firmware updates (FortiOS, RouterOS, UniFi) and application of security patches

• Planning and implementation of infrastructure expansions or upgrades

• Hardware/software service and troubleshooting for workstations

• Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers in clients' IT infrastructure.

• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server operating systems, including applying security updates and monitoring their operation.

• Administration of Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including creation and management of user accounts, groups, computers, organizational units (OUs), and access permissions.

• Configuration and administration of Group Policies (GPO) for applying security settings and standardizing workstation and server configurations.

• Installation, configuration, and administration of DNS and DHCP network services, as well as diagnosing and resolving associated issues.

• Administration of Windows domains, integration of workstations into the domain, and management of trust relationships and user authentication.

• Configuration and administration of file and print services, including management of NTFS permissions and access rights to shared resources.

• Configuration, implementation, and verification of backup and restore solutions for servers, databases, and client data, depending on the existing infrastructure.

• Monitoring performance, availability, and resource utilization of servers (processor, RAM, storage, and services) and identifying potential issues.

• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents, connectivity issues, authentication, resource access, and server service functionality problems.

• Implementation of security measures for the server infrastructure, including managing updates, access rights, and security policies.

• Administration of virtualized infrastructures, including creation and management of virtual machines, depending on the platforms used by clients.

• Documentation of configurations, interventions performed, and the IT infrastructure managed for each client.

• Providing Level 2 and 3 technical support for incidents involving servers, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure services.

• Planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance interventions, both remotely and at client sites.

• On-site interventions at client locations

Requirements:

* Higher education in a technical field

* Practical experience in IT network configuration and PC service/troubleshooting

* Category B driver's license

* Seriousness, punctuality, and a professional attitude towards clients
