Main duties of the Computer Network Administrator:

• Ensuring the functioning of the company's hardware and software.
• Analyzing the IT products and services used in the company for their permanent updating.
• Ensuring LAN and WAN performance and security.
• Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for the use of LAN and WAN throughout the company.
• Manages licenses for any software used in the operating system.
• Manages the procurement of electronic equipment in the company.
• Configures servers and creates accounts for internal users.
• Ensures the correct functioning of the company's hardware and software.
• Provides user support in case of malfunctions.
• Provides user support for configuration/connection/internet access.
• Resolves problems related to computers and printers, directly or through external support.
• Offers help desk support to colleagues in the organization.
• Performs network backups according to a set schedule.
• Requests feedback from colleagues to improve network operations or establishes requirements related to it.
• Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and resources related to the network.
• Manages the organization's databases, if necessary.
• Ensures efficient communication with all company departments.
• Is responsible for immediate reporting to the IT Manager if there is a change in the username and/or network access passwords.
• Immediately reports any change in internet addresses, email accounts, or email addresses to the direct supervisor.
• Complies with internal procedures related to the use of own and departmental equipment.
• Resolves network issues in a timely manner.
• Is responsible for the security of the IT and telecommunications system.
• Is responsible for the development of the internal IT network.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate of a faculty with a technical profile

1. Work experience in the field is an advantage
2. Programming knowledge is an advantage
3. Advanced knowledge in cybersecurity is an advantage
4. Minimal knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage (installation of professional UPSs)
