IT Infrastructure Administrator

Requirements:

·        Higher education – preferably;

·        Solid knowledge of hardware and software, especially Windows Server system;

·        Experience in configuring and managing switches and routers;

·        Decision-making skills in tense situations and client-oriented approach;

·        Integrity, honesty, and respect for others;

·        Analysis, synthesis, and flexibility in thinking abilities;

·        Communication and teamwork skills;

·        Availability for extended working hours.

Duties:

·        Installing, maintaining, and coordinating IT equipment (servers, computers, printers, phones);

·        Consulting and managing IT equipment purchases;

·        Monitoring and developing network infrastructure;

·        Protecting information and applying cyber security measures;

·        Ensuring data backups and managing physical and virtual servers;

·        Testing disaster recovery solutions and managing network users;

·        Installing and updating antivirus software and approved software;

·        Communicating progress and problems with the department head.
