TRANSFOND S.A.- administrator of and operator of the Automated Payment Compensation House, a financial company with solid business in Romania hiring an Applications Administrator for its ongoing projects.

Precise: Activity only takes place at the company's headquarters.

Required Conditions:

• Higher education degree completed with a license exam;
• Knowledge of server administration and configuration;
• Solid knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL query languages;
• Existence of Java programming language skills is a plus;
• Experience in using Unix (AIX), Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge of XML usage in applications and databases;
• Moderate level English reading, writing, and speaking.

With at least 3 years of experience in database administration and server administration. A plus is experience in managing and configuring IBM Websphere.

Abilities:

• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Analytical and conceptual abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, test, and technically administer company applications;
• Monitor performance parameters related to databases and applications under responsibility;
• Implement security policies and standards adopted by the company;
• Treat IT level 2 incidents that require support.
