We are looking for a person who will take responsibility for the technical maintenance and development of assigned business applications. We are looking for a specialist who is comfortable at the intersection of technology, production maintenance, security, and business cooperation, and who can independently coordinate the activities of multiple teams and suppliers. Oversight of application availability, stability, and proper functioning. Coordination of incident, failure, problem, and production defect handling. Analysis of problem causes and initiation of actions to prevent their recurrence. Cooperation in the development of application monitoring and observability. Oversight of metrics, alerts, and dashboards in Grafana and Zabbix. Coordination of the security vulnerability handling process and cooperation with IT Security teams. Participation in change and deployment processes and verification of application readiness for production. Definition of technical acceptance criteria for applications and new functionalities, including monitoring, documentation, security, performance, and rollback procedures. Coordination of the handover of new applications and components for maintenance. Ensuring up-to-date information regarding applications in CMDB. Cooperation with external suppliers and oversight of contract and SLA execution. Monitoring supplier service quality and escalating issues. Participation in development projects as a representative of the maintenance and production readiness area. Cooperation with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, IT Business Partners, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Participation in preparing Disaster Recovery procedures, defining RTO/RPO, and recovery tests. Recommendation of improvements to increase application stability, security, and maintenance efficiency. Requirements: Experience in a role related to administration, maintenance, or ownership of business applications. Experience working with Java-based applications. Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL. Experience in a production environment and handling incidents, problems, and changes. Knowledge of monitoring tools, particularly Grafana and Zabbix. Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes. Practical knowledge of ITIL. Experience in cooperation with IT Security teams and handling vulnerabilities. Knowledge of application deployment and handover processes for maintenance. Experience working with CMDB. Experience in cooperation with external IT suppliers and knowledge of SLA principles. Basic knowledge of Disaster Recovery, RTO/RPO, and Business Continuity concepts. Ability to coordinate the activities of different teams and suppliers. High level of independence and responsibility. Ability to cooperate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Good knowledge of English. Nice to have: Experience in Grafana administration. Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in leading or coordinating projects related to application migration, deployment, or handover. Knowledge of security and performance testing concepts. Experience working with mission-critical business applications.
