YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a B2B administrator. If you consider yourself a structured person with a desire to work in a team and grow within a leading company in the sector, this is your opportunity.

YOUR TASKS

  • Help and support the administration department.

  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts.

  • Issuance of invoices between group companies.

  • Administrative management of commercial offers and orders.

  • Updating of price lists and commercial campaigns.

  • Preparation and review of reconciliation sheets.

  • Follow-up of collections and processing of registrations.

  • Follow-up of deliveries and resolution of administrative and commercial incidents.

  • Organization and maintenance of the digital archive.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

  • Support to the commercial team in the preparation of proposals and tenders.

  • Customer service and support for B2B clients (dealerships, operators, distributors, and fleets).

  • Coordination with the sales, logistics, finance, and purchasing departments.

  • Updating databases and CRM.

  • Preparation of commercial reports, KPIs, and sales reports.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role

  • Minimum education: Higher National Diploma in Administration and/or Commerce

  • Driver's license and own vehicle.

  • Advanced office suite skills

  • Knowledge of the group's brands

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM to 1:30 PM-5:30 PM.
