ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCIAL EMPLOYEE

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Vicenza selects ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCIAL EMPLOYEE for a reality operating in the metalmechanics sector. Responsibilities include analytical, control and data entry activities of an administrative, accounting and fiscal nature; (first note, expense reimbursement management, general accounting, customer and supplier management) - daily workflow management ensuring correct task completion and deadline respect - continuous collaboration with other team members and departments, commercial office, logistics and procurement. - collaboration with external consultants, including foreign ones, for the management of Italian and foreign tax obligations. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in industrial companies - Technical skills/information technology: computer skills and program management (Agenzia Entrate - Entratel, SDI, Dogana) as well as a good knowledge of the Office package, email, PEC and electronic invoicing - Language: Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) - Previous experience in companies operating with foreign countries - Studies in Administration and Finance - Knowledge of SAP accounting software. Characteristics of the offer: Direct contract with the client company for an indefinite period (initial maternity leave replacement) - Place of work: Torri di Quartesolo (VI) - Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
