Job description

Job Description As an Administrative Cash Controller, you play a key role in ensuring that our back-office and cash desks are both organized and precisely prepared for optimal efficiency. By maintaining high standards and implementing procedures, you directly contribute to the improvement of both direct and indirect experiences related to customer service. Your cooperation with the management team is the key to increasing profitability through intelligent management of resources, process optimization, and effective communication. Your tasks will include: • Coordinating and controlling the cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cash and financial transactions; • Conducting regular audits and monitoring of cash and financial transactions to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations; • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or irregularities in cash and financial transactions; • Providing support and assistance to other departments and teams as needed; • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information; • Participating in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes; • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards; • Collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve common goals and objectives; • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns; • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on continuous learning and self-improvement.
