About the role
InfraDinamik is a dynamic organization active in the industrial and technical sector. For our location in Weert, we are looking for a meticulous and structured Administrative Assistant Procurement (Procurement Administrative Assistant).

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement department. Your tasks will include monitoring delivery times of purchase orders, sending orders, processing order confirmations, requesting quotes, and performing various light administrative tasks. You are the link that ensures a smooth and error-free flow of the procurement process.

Job requirements

• Experience as Administrative Assistant Procurement / Procurement Assistant is a plus.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language required. Candidates with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience can also apply in English.

• Accurate, organized, and communicative.

• Knowledge of administrative processes within a procurement department.
