Administrative Assistant - Fifth Gear Operators (Morning Shift)

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing provider of transportation services.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all areas of Operator Fifth Gear support.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate administrative records for drivers (attendance, documentation, payroll incidents).
• Provide support to drivers regarding amenities (water fountains, rest areas, room assignment, etc.).
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure timely attention to drivers.
• Prepare reports on driver metrics and administrative compliance.
• Attend driver inquiries and act as an internal liaison.
• Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes to optimize the driver experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in transportation/logistics.
• Mastery of Excel and management of administrative systems.
• Intermediate-advanced English skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sympathy and good interpersonal skills for dealing with operators.
