Administrative Assistant - Fifth Gear Operators (Afternoon Shift)

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a constantly growing transportation provider. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all areas of attention to Fifth Gear Operators. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Responsibilities: • Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating and controlling the daily activities of the operators, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks efficiently. • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and communication with other departments. • Maintain accurate records and reports, as well as update databases and spreadsheets. • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or other senior staff members. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transportation industry. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
