Administrative Assistant, DCP

The organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant, DCP to support the day-to-day operations of the DCP team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Administrative Assistant, DCP will be responsible for providing administrative support to the DCP team, including but not limited to: coordinating meetings and events, preparing and distributing meeting materials, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, and performing other administrative tasks as required. The Administrative Assistant, DCP will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the DCP team, including but not limited to: answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and should be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant, DCP will be based in Mexico City, Mexico, and will be required to work a standard 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday.
