Over the years, it has installed over 1000 plants at prestigious clients around the world, across various sectors (metallurgy, automotive, construction, etc.). Job description: We are looking for an administrative figure with back office experience to be inserted into a dynamic context in the construction equipment sector. The resource will be responsible for managing and verifying contracts signed by salespeople, with particular attention to administrative and banking aspects, as well as handling operational back office activities. Required skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in companies in the construction equipment sector Knowledge of international management: CRM, customs bills and related documents. Good knowledge of VAT legislation, letters of credit and bank guarantees. Ability to manage a complex and articulated invoicing process (approximately 100 annual invoices with different characteristics). Very good knowledge of English Responsibility: Review and correct contracts signed by salespeople. Manage bank guarantees (down payments and letters of credit), interacting with banks and clients for openings and modifications. Prepare bills and transportation documents (DDT). Manage active, national, and international invoicing with accurate IVA control. Manage the first note and related wire transfers. Prepare documentation for national and international shipments (intra and extra CEE), including customs documents (Eur1, Dual Use), origin declarations, duties, loading and unloading lists.
