Administration and Customer Service Officer

Indigeco is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a well established client in West Gosford. This business specialises in uniforms, workwear and customised apparel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing general administrative support across the office
• Managing incoming emails, enquiries and customer requests
• Preparing documents, quotes, data entry and record keeping
• Assisting with scheduling, order processing and workflow coordination
• Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems

YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of administration or customer service experience
• Work 4 days per week in the office in West Gosford
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work onsite in West Gosford full time
