Your new role

Together with our client, Hays is looking for an Administrative Expert Carrosserie who forms the hub in the contacts between customers and the carrosserie workshop. You welcome customers at the reception and translate questions and orders from customers into work orders for the atelier. Furthermore, you are responsible for administrative follow-up and ensure that all files are up-to-date. You manage the planning of replacement vehicles, make offers and specifications, and do the invoicing of completed files.

Your profile

As an Administrative Expert Carrosserie, you work in a tight team and fulfill a central role as a team player. You are social and good at multitasking. With your customer-friendly and quality-oriented approach, communication skills, and discretion, you are a reliable colleague. Moreover, you are administratively strong, familiar with programs such as Plan Manager and Informex, and have a basic knowledge of carrosserie.
