Administrative Commercial Employee

Robert Half is currently looking for an Administrative Commercial Employee (M/V/X). The company is located in Antwerp. The responsibilities of this position are: Processing, controlling and completing contracts within the internal IT system; Preparing and sending contract documents to suppliers or customers and following up until signing; Serving as the first point of contact for suppliers & customers and ensuring smooth and clear communication; Requesting information from relevant parties when data is missing, with an eye on priorities so that these can be followed up quickly and efficiently; Aligning with internal teams for activation, payment and correct transfer within the process; Supporting clients in Dutch and French via phone and email; Maintaining professional contact with suppliers/customers and switching when priorities change; Thinking about optimizing processes; The required qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's degree; Junior profile with first experience or strong starter with potential; Very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French; Good knowledge of English for internal communication; Autonomous, proactive and communicatively strong; Precise, structured and able to quickly switch between tasks; Affinity with IT systems and administrative processes; Comfortable with...
