We are looking for an administrative surveillance agent who thrives in a highly administrative work environment. You will be based on a logistical site, where safety, accuracy, and independence are paramount.

This post combines classic surveillance tasks with a significant share of administration. Depending on the service, you will work independently or together with a colleague. Your tasks include:

Surveillance tasks

• Executing control rounds and patrols on the premises
• Access control at gates and entrances
• Following up and reporting incidents
• Responding to alarm notifications

Administrative tasks (important part of the function)

• Creating badges and managing access rights
• Registering and deregistering visitors, suppliers, and trucks
• Phone reception and guiding visitors
• Daily administration and use of access and registration software

What do you need to know about this post?

• The job is highly demanding and administratively intensive, you will spend most of your service at a PC
• A good knowledge of English is crucial to correctly assist foreign drivers
