Administrative Employee Insurance

For this position, I am looking for someone who enjoys working within a small, but very stable office – an independent insurance brokerage where personal contact and mutual trust are central.

The team currently consists of four people, of whom the two longest-serving employees have been employed for 32 years and 15 years respectively. This says a lot about the atmosphere, loyalty, and way of working together.

What the function entails:

It is primarily an administrative role within an office that serves 90% private individuals and 10% SMEs. Employees mainly focus on administration; claims and production are currently organized separately. For a new team member, everything is open: possibly starting in a combined role and later growing into claims or production, depending on interests. Everything is negotiable.

• Processing and following up on files (primarily private individuals)
• Providing administrative support to clients, both by phone and in person at the office
• Contacting insurance companies for documents, certificates, attachments…
• Supporting claims/production colleagues where necessary
• Checking and filing documents and policies
