E-Finances is a B2B software publisher specializing in financial management and treasury. Our solutions help companies optimize their financial flows and gain visibility into their cash flow. We deploy them in SaaS and on-premise with our clients, with strong security and availability stakes.

We are in a full modernization phase: technical overhaul of our historical products, new features, strengthening of our stacks. In a human-sized team, this is the right time to make a real impact.

The Position
Reporting to the R&D and IT Manager, you will be the go-to person for the company's infrastructure and IT. You will split your time between daily tasks and in-depth projects.

Daily Tasks

• Manage arrivals and departures: workstations, accounts, access

• Manage access and secure file exchanges with our clients (SFTP, FTPS, whitelists)

• Provide user support and assist with infrastructure issues for our on-premise clients

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, DNS, and certificates

• Monitor systems, manage backups, updates, and patching

• Act as the group's contact for Microsoft 365 matters and the liaison with our IT service providers

To Drive the Company Forward

• Evolve and optimize our cloud and Microsoft environments (Azure, Entra ID): security, costs, best practices

• Automate recurring tasks and document existing systems

• Strengthen security: hardening of workstations and servers, vulnerability monitoring, incident response

• Contribute to compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), respond to security questionnaires, and participate in client audits

• Conduct technological watch and propose continuous improvements

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in systems and network administration

• Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory

• Linux knowledge (Ubuntu and Debian)

• Network knowledge

• Knowledge of virtualization, monitoring, backup, and information system security

• Basic knowledge of Azure (configuration, routine administration) or a desire to upskill in public cloud

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 appreciated: its administration is handled by the group, you will be our contact for local needs

• Scripting basics (ideally PowerShell)

• Autonomous: you take ownership of tasks from start to finish and keep the team informed of your progress

• Rigorous and able to simply explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent French, technical English read and written

• A certification (Azure AZ-104, Security+, ISO 27001) is an asset
