Job description

A family business for over 30 years, Mismo supports SMEs and mid-sized companies in their digital transformation: infrastructures, cloud, cybersecurity, hosting, and management solutions.

With 70 employees across 6 agencies, we cultivate a human-scale organization based on proximity, trust, autonomy, and mutual aid.

Your Role

Within our technical team, you will contribute to the smooth operation and evolution of our clients' infrastructures. In a multi-client and multi-project environment, your daily work will revolve around four complementary dimensions.

Supervision & Operations:

You will administer and supervise systems, networks, and cloud infrastructures. You will analyze alerts, implement corrective actions, ensure maintenance, and handle complex L2/L3 issues.

Evolution & Projects:

You will analyze infrastructures, recommend their evolution, and deploy systems, networks, cloud, backup, and security solutions. You will manage multiple client interventions and projects in parallel, ensuring the quality of production deployments and adherence to commitments.

Consulting & Pre-sales:

You will leverage your technical skills to help build solutions. Working closely with sales representatives, you will participate in needs assessment, solution design, sizing, costing, and their presentation to clients.

Knowledge Transfer & Sharing:

You will support technicians on complex topics, share your knowledge and best practices, and contribute to developing their skills and autonomy.

Your Profile

You have at least 3 years of confirmed experience in systems and network infrastructure administration, ideally acquired with an IT service provider, an ESN, or in a varied technical environment.

You have mastered:

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure;

  • Network environments: switching, routing, firewalls, and VPNs;

  • Backup and business continuity solutions.

Cybersecurity skills as well as Microsoft, Veeam, or security certifications are appreciated.

Autonomous, organized, and responsive, you enjoy diversity and know how to manage multiple subjects simultaneously, prioritize your interventions, and adapt to unforeseen events.

Beyond your technical skills, you know how to take a step back, understand and challenge a need, advise the client, and recommend the appropriate solution. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge and contributing to the progress of technicians.

Why Join Us?

  • A role combining supervision, operations, projects, consulting, and knowledge transfer

  • Varied client environments and technical challenges

  • Real autonomy in your areas of expertise

  • Proximity with technical and commercial teams

  • The opportunity to transfer your knowledge and develop technicians

  • A human-scale company where your contribution matters

  • Up to 2 days of remote work per week

  • 10 days of RTT (Reduction of Working Time)

  • Swile card credited with €9 per day worked

Are you looking for variety, autonomy, and a role where your experience and skills can truly make a difference? Let's meet.
