System Administrator H/F

As a candidate for this position, you will join the first insurer of healthcare professionals, a solid and independent mutual structure that places innovation and expertise at the heart of its development. Attached to the IT Systems Manager within the DSI, you will integrate into a team of two System Engineers to manage the operation and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance. Your main responsibilities will be: • To design, implement, and maintain IT systems in accordance with the company's needs and policies; • To ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications; • To analyze and resolve technical problems related to IT systems; • To participate in the development of IT strategies and projects; • To collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of IT systems into business processes; • To stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the field of IT. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration; • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Good communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
