As part of your role, your missions will be:

• Propose adequate technical solutions for IT projects

• Implement defined solutions

• Administration of servers and the Tempo solution

• Supervision of AWS services

• Server updates (Windows and Business Software)

• Internal network administration

• Expertise and assistance for technical support on incidents

• IT vendor management

This description covers the main tasks and is not exhaustive.

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS EC2)

• Knowledge of technical architectures

• Knowledge of application streaming or virtual desktop solutions (AWS AppStream)

• Project management and ticketing tools (JIRA)

• Mastery of Windows 365 administration tools (AZURE AD, Intune, GPO, Defender)

• General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)

• Knowledge of office tools

• Basic knowledge of computer networks (FortiNet) and Voice over IP telephony (3CX)

• PowerShell scripting

Skills:

• Ability to champion new technical topics within the company (Implementation of new tools, evolution or improvement projects)

• Ability to challenge technical solutions to provide an adapted solution

• Adherence to constraints (budget, quality, deadlines)

• Support change management (training, meetings)

• Ability to detect and diagnose system and network problems

• Writing procedures for support teams

• Handling Level 2 & 3 tickets to assist Level 1 support

• Knowledge of security standards and dissemination of operating guidelines

• Adherence to procedures

• Teamwork

Required Education and Qualifications:
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) and have at least 4 years of experience as a System Administrator, ideally within a start-up environment.
