We are looking for a Transfer Administrator to join our team! Here are some of the things you'll do: * Process transfer requests for various registered and non-registered accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. * Verify and validate the completeness and accuracy of client information and documentation. * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, financial advisors and other institutions. * Address inquiries and resolve issues related to transfers. * Maintain and update records and databases related to transfers. * Participate in projects to improve transfer processes and systems. * Comply with regulatory and compliance requirements. * Perform other related duties as required. Here's what you'll bring to the team: * Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a transfer or operations role. * Knowledge of registered and non-registered investment products. * Understanding of transfer processes and related regulatory requirements. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Knowledge of the Wealth Management Industry. * College degree or relevant experience.
