As a transfer administrator or administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of funds from one account to another, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: • Ensure the smooth transfer of funds from one account to another; • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients; • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transfer process; • Collaborate with our team to ensure the successful transfer of funds. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration); • 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration); • Strong understanding of financial concepts and regulations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
