Workstation Administrator (M/F/D)

As part of the development of its IT department, our client, a leading industrial company in Biel, is looking for a Workstation Administrator to ensure the performance, security, and evolution of user environments.

You will be responsible for the administration, support, and evolution of infrastructures related to virtualized workstations and mobility solutions. Thanks to your technical expertise, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience and support the company's digital transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain workstation virtualization platforms.
• Manage mobile device and terminal management solutions.
• Ensure the operation of VDI environments as well as Android and iOS smartphones.
• Deploy and manage applications for users.
• Handle complex Level 3 incidents and ensure their resolution.
• Conduct IT asset audits to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure permanent technological monitoring and propose improvements to existing solutions.
• Participate in user environment and mobility solution evolution projects.
• Document procedures, standards, and best practices.

Your Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in administering virtualized environments, ideally VMware Horizon.
• Good knowledge of mobile device management solutions (MDM/EMM).
• Mastery of VDI environments and modern workstation technologies.
• Good technical and professional English level.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized personality.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a constantly evolving technological environment.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and good prioritization skills.
