RECREATIONAL PARK MANAGER (CABINS)

Manage, operate, maintain, and coordinate everything related to accommodation, service to employees, external clients, and the care of the natural environment.

Main Functions

• Service and registration: Receives workers or guests, checks them in, assigns cabins, and hands over keys or access.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Ensures cabins are clean, tidy, and with functional services (water, electricity, gas, or fireplace) before each arrival.
• Reservation control: Manages the schedule or digital system for cabin assignments for company employees.
• Environmental care: Oversees the safety and good condition of the green areas, trails, and wooded area surrounding the cabins.
• Supply management: Controls the inventory of linens (sheets and towels), cleaning supplies, gas, and firewood.
• Emergency response: Resolves unforeseen guest issues (such as electrical failures or basic medical needs) and enforces park regulations.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Basic maintenance:

Practical knowledge in plumbing, electricity, painting, and carpentry to promptly resolve minor faults.

• Digital tools: Basic computer skills, proficiency in Office suite (Word and Excel), and experience with reservation control systems or digital logbooks.
• First aid: Basic knowledge in medical emergency care and safety regulations, very important when in a forest area.
• Inventory management: Ability to control supplies, linens (sheets/towels), tools, and cleaning equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience: Minimum of 5 years in recreational center management positions. (Forests)
• Academic background: High school diploma completed. Technical or professional studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Engineering, Agronomy, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as these are the days of highest occupancy in a recreational park, including the possibility of staying overnight in the cabins if necessary.
• Residency or mobility: Live near the park's wooded area or have easy transportation (possess a valid driver's license).

Salary: $60,000 pesos
