Knowledge in Legal procedures for animal feed products with SADER SENASICA
Applicable ZOO NOMs to animal feed plants and rendering plants.
Food quality and safety management systems such as FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF. FSMA, FDA, CODEX Preventive controls Advanced HACCP Social responsibility CT Pat Planning and tracking. Lead Auditor PCQI Animal feed regulation Audits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party.
INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH Mandatory
