For our client, a leader in the production of components for household appliances, we are recruiting for the position:

Injection Mold Adjuster

Workplace: Zarow

• Employee transportation: (Wałbrzych, Świebodzice, Strzegom, Świdnica, Jaworzyna Śląska, Piotrowice, Wierzbna, Żarów)

This position is responsible for:

• Machining supervision: Setting up, monitoring, and supervising the work of injection molding machines during your shift.
• Production optimization: Setting up injection parameters according to technology and ensuring daily production plans are met.
• Quality and efficiency: Ensuring high-quality products and instructing operators on quality and efficiency.
• Mold support: Assembling, disassembling, and reworking injection molds.
• Team support: Supporting the Shift Manager in meeting production orders.
• Documented production: Ensuring accurate documentation of production and entering data into a computer system.

Requirements:

• You have experience as an injection mold adjuster.
• You have knowledge of injection molding technology and can rework molds.
• You are characterized by good work organization and independence in performing duties.
• You have basic technical knowledge.
• You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule.
• Prior experience with operating and controlling injection molding machines is desirable.
