Job Description: Depot Assistant - Isalnița

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Depot Assistant to join our team in Isalnița. If you are an organized, responsible person eager to work in a dynamic environment, this position may be suitable for you.

Location: strada Mihai Eminescu, nr. 105, Isalinita, Craiova.

• Responsibilities:
  
  · Instruct, verify, control, and monitor the factors involved in maintaining the depot's functionality;
  
  · Maintain equipment and machinery serving the depot in good working order with minimal downtime;
  
  · Ensure proper storage and handling of petroleum products, organize storage capacities, and efficiently manage product flow;
  
  · Coordinate all activities within the depot, with budgetary constraints;
  
  · Represent the company in relation to authorized institutions performing controls at the depot and/or granting specific authorizations for petroleum product storage facilities;
  
  · Instruct and ensure compliance with work procedures by all subordinates;
  
  · Utilize resources efficiently within the depot, respecting legal provisions;
  
  · Ensure safety conditions for circulation and operations, respecting contract terms and exploitation authorization for LFI serving the depot;
  
  · Prevent risks to people, goods, or environment through all necessary means and actions related to road transportation of hazardous materials, with respect to applicable regulations and optimal safety conditions;
  
  · Prevent risks to people, goods, or environment through all necessary means and actions related to rail transportation of hazardous materials, with respect to applicable regulations and optimal safety conditions;
  
  · Supervise and respond to measures imposed by legislation regarding depot operation, exploitation, verification, maintenance, and repairs of installations/equipment;
  
  · Plan for maximum efficiency in loading, handling, storage, and delivery;
  
  · Introduce measures to prevent losses and maintain product quality;
  
  · Plan loading operations to minimize costs associated with stationary vehicles;
  
  · Be involved in company projects, implementing depot organization strategy;
  
  · Propose tasks and responsibilities in the domain of safety operations for personnel directly involved in such activities;
  
  · Participate in developing training-test programs for safety operations related to loading, handling, storage, and rail transportation of hazardous materials;
  
  · Introduce documentation specific:
  o defect reports;
  o repair necessity reports;
  o work reports on problem resolution;
  o technical memoranda.
• Requirements:
• - Minimum education level: higher education, preferably technical;︎️︈︈︊︂︅︀︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
  - Familiarity with Windows operating system and MS Office applications;
  - Ability to identify and describe problems;
  - Knowledge and experience in technical infrastructure and/or automation constitute an advantage;
  - Certificate of completion - Safety Inspector, constitutes an advantage;
  - Certificate of professional training - Consultant for hazardous materials transportation by rail, constitutes an advantage;
  - Certificate of Consulter for road transportation of hazardous materials, constitutes an advantage;
  - Certificate of completion - Inspector in the field of health and safety at work, constitutes an advantage;
  - RSVTI authorization, constitutes an advantage;
  - ISCIR authorization, constitutes an advantage.
