Responsibilities
- Manage the store activities responsibly and result-oriented
- Ensure an optimal flow of goods and product availability for sale
- Lead and train subordinates, realize personnel planning
- Ensure realization of planned revenue
- Monitor and maintain store costs within established parameters

- Experience in coordinating and motivating a team
