We are looking for a candidate who has completed higher education, minimum medium studies; has at least 3 years of experience and knowledge in the field of commerce/retail and at least 1 year in team coordination; has basic computer skills: Word, Excel; has medium-level English language skills - preferably; has entrepreneurial spirit and oriented towards results; likes to have autonomy and is directed towards finding suitable solutions; has an analytical mind, and orientation towards numbers and data analysis characterizes you; is a person who likes to put things in order down to the smallest details;

Join PENNY! We are looking for a Magazin Manager who knows how to grow, support, and inspire their team. We are here together with you to help our customers and create a pleasant atmosphere in our stores.
- coordinates, motivates, and develops subordinates so that they can access higher levels within the team;
- coordinates and optimizes sales process and ensures that sales principles are implemented correctly in the store;
- takes and manages financial values and prepares accounting documents;
- builds a open relationship with our customers in a pleasant and professional atmosphere;
- maintains PENNY standards: clean, organized, and well-stocked store;
- participates actively in correct and efficient management of products in the store;
- is responsible for stocking shelves;
- plans activities and work time of colleagues in the team, providing constant feedback;
- takes and manages customer requests and complaints;
- is responsible for the entire activity and image of the store.
