Activities:

You play a key role in the smooth running of the municipality:

• Collaborate in planning and organizing public works and municipal site activities.
  
• Supervise and support the team, ensure personnel follow-up, and foster a good working atmosphere.
  
• Control the quality and safety of the work performed.
  
• Prepare estimates, excavation permits, and ensure administrative follow-up of sites.
  
• Manage event equipment and ensure proper use of equipment.
  
• Replace the Head Surveyor in their absence.
  

Desired Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in a construction trade or equivalent qualification.
  
• Construction Manager training.
  
• Confirmed experience in a position of responsibility with personnel management.
  
• Category C + E driving license and a machinery operator's license.
  
• Residence in Switzerland allowing you to be at the workplace in less than 15 minutes.
  
• Good command of French (oral and written) and common computer tools.
  
• Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and stress resistance.
  
• Availability for winter standby duty.
