Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager, tourism department, in permanent contract (CDI), based in La Roche Sur Yon (85). Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and distributing work to the driving staff and assigning vehicles for the tourism service. You will notably have to: - Manage the assignment of driving personnel and vehicle movements in collaboration with the Operations Manager - Develop schedules, assign stays/trips and occasional work - Manage a team of tourism drivers as well as the cleaning team - Ensure the proper execution of services and compliance with operational instructions - Ensure compliance with working hours and legal and conventional regulations (driving time, daily/weekly rest) - Carry out payroll preparation for your team of drivers - Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily events, replace them during absences, thereby having authority over driving and administrative staff - Perform on-call duties (outside office hours and on weekends) in alternation and rotation, with intervention on the schedule if necessary. - Weekly duration: 39 hours/week + 12 days of RTT/year - Benefits: 13th month salary, profit sharing, seniority bonus, restaurant discount card, health insurance/provident fund, CSE (gift vouchers) - Remuneration: €34,200 to €38,970 gross/year over 13 months depending on experience (excluding benefits)
