ADF Rehabilitation Consultant - Registered Nurse - Seymour, VIC

About the Role: We are looking for an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant - Registered Nurse to support Australian Defence Force members and their families in their return to work or vocational goals. This is a full-time position based in Seymour, VIC. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to ADF members, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. * Develop and implement individual rehabilitation plans tailored to the needs of each member. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders, to ensure coordinated care. * Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable employment options. * Provide support and guidance to members throughout their rehabilitation journey. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and progress. * Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Skills and Experience: * Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. * Experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field. * Strong understanding of the ADF culture and environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in case management preferred. * Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
