ADEPT - Functional Consultant (2x roles)

Functional Consultant - ADEPT (2 roles) 12-month contract | Wellington | Starting January 2025 Overview Our large public sector client is seeking two experienced Functional Consultants to support delivery activity across enterprise-wide Microsoft platforms. These roles will help shape, configure, and optimise business applications using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on workflow automation and solution development. What you’ll be doing • Configuring Power Platform components and Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements. • Designing and implementing workflows and automation solutions. • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. • Providing functional expertise and guidance to project teams. • Conducting system testing and user acceptance testing. • Creating and maintaining documentation, including user guides and training materials. • Supporting the deployment and go-live activities. What you’ll bring • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant. • Strong understanding of business process and requirements gathering. • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Dynamics 365. • Experience in workflow automation and solution development. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
