E-Work e-work SpA, based in Lucca, selects for a client company operating in the food service sector located in Campi Bisenzio figures of OPERATORS/FAST FOOD WORKERS. Main tasks: - Welcoming customers and managing orders at the counter and cash register; - Preparing, assembling, and serving food products; - Cleaning and organizing work areas and dining rooms; - Collaborating with the team to ensure a fast, efficient, and high-quality service. Required qualifications: - Age 18 or older; - Availability to work on shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with one day off per week; - Ability to move independently to the point of sale, even in evening and holiday hours; - No experience required: a contractual training program is planned and paid. Contractual conditions: - CCNL Public Services – FIPE contract level 6; - Part-time contract from 18-24 hours weekly; - Work on scheduled shifts weekly by manager; - Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and structured context.
